In this strategy, you can experience constructing military bases and besieging bases of your opponents using infantry and aviation and artillery. Graphics – 4/5

GUNS UP! game presents a smooth design with sharp textures and visual effects. On the other hand, this title lacks depth very much. Console computational power provides enormous opportunities for visualization, but developers decided to stop on the level of average freemium games for mobile devices.

GUNS UP! gameplay consists of 2 parts, such as constructing military bases that can stand continuous sieges and conducting military campaigns to conquer opponents’ bases. These features are very similar to Clash of Clans gameplay. However, the scale is bigger, and the fights are longer and more detailed.

You can spawn several types of ordinary and special soldiers. Armory includes Thompson machine guns, grenade launchers, and linear rifles. You can also pick up bonus attacks on your way. Some of them allow you to activate air bombarding and eliminate up to 10 enemies at a time. You can also put dummies to distract enemies for some time to take a good shooting position.

At the end of every battle, you receive the in-game currency called Munitions and experience points. You can exchange munitions for bullets and various power-ups. It’s necessary to say in this GUNS UP! review that the balance between in-game currency and microtransactions is weird. Progress without donations is overextended.

GUNS UP! strategy game controls are very simple, but there’s a permanent impression of playing a touch RTS. You have to pick one or several units and give them commands like “walk there” or “shoot it.” Special attacks activation requires you to point the point of placing an item.

GUNS UP! latest version has a strong multiplayer slant. The single-player mode is just a good way to train your skills offline. It’s rather hard to become competitive from the very beginning, so you may train up offline or purchase bundles.
