Nidhogg 2 gameplay presents a unique fighting experience. The game is based on fighting mechanics from the original chapter, so the probability of random exodus is still very high. Characters may fence with swords or just throw them in an attempt to break the opponent’s head. Together with the crazy soundtrack, it looks impressive.

You can perform a huge variety of other attacks using the body of your character. Slide on the floor to knock enemies off and trample their bodies until they turn into paddles of guts; beat their head off with fast feet attacks; push them down into pits with magma, and many more.

In Nidhogg 2 fighting game you can’t lose. Your characters may die many times, and you can’t revive them. In the single-player campaign, you have to switch between characters automatically. If a current unit dies, you take control over the killer and try to break through other units to reach the end of the line. Otherwise, you may stick in the middle of a level forever.
